EcoScale is building the AI Control Plane for Kubernetes.

Modern Kubernetes environments are highly dynamic, but resource requests, limits, autoscaling policies, and scheduling configurations remain largely static. This results in over-provisioned clusters, wasted infrastructure, rising cloud costs, and operational complexity.

EcoScale uses AI to continuously observe workload behavior, identify optimization opportunities, recommend improvements, and safely automate Kubernetes resource optimization in real time.

Built by experienced cloud and platform engineers, EcoScale is on a mission to help enterprises run Kubernetes more efficiently across AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean, and on-premises environments.

As we expand globally, we're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to help us introduce EcoScale to Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, FinOps, and Cloud Infrastructure teams.

About the Role

This is a high-impact opportunity to join EcoScale at an early stage and work directly with the founders.

You'll own the complete enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, proposal management, negotiations, and closing.

You'll help build our go-to-market strategy while working closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams.

What You'll Do

Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Identify and engage Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, and FinOps leaders.
Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, and partner channels.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer challenges around Kubernetes performance, scalability, and cloud costs.
Deliver compelling product demonstrations with support from technical specialists.
Build business cases and ROI for enterprise customers.
Manage proposals, pricing, negotiations, and contracts.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and lead generation.
Represent EcoScale at cloud-native, Kubernetes, and DevOps conferences.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS enterprise sales.
Proven experience managing complete sales cycles.

Experience selling to technical buyers including:

CTOsPlatform EngineeringDevOpsSRECloud ArchitectsInfrastructure Teams
Strong consultative selling skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Comfortable discussing Kubernetes, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, FinOps, or AI products.
Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an early-stage startup.
